Staff was responsive and hotel is fairly clean and LUXURY! The room with great views. Our location was unbeatable and particularly good to Sami Abd Al-Rahman park. It was also near the restaurant and Erbil over the last 18 months and a taxi for 20 minutes.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect, with an amazing city view that we couldn't get enough of. We were pleasantly surprised when Mr. Raad greeted us in Turkish, making us feel comfortable and at home. The hotel staff, especially Mr. Arsha and Mr. Anas from housekeeping, provided us with exceptional service. The sushi bar on the 21st floor was a highlight, with delicious sushi and a breathtaking view of the city. we had an unforgettable experience at Hotel Divan and would love to return.

I had a really good stay and will be returning here soon, thank you. The location was absolutely perfect and nice and I could use free parking on-site. Moreover, it was just off Erbil and the various restaurants and bars.

The Divan Erbil Hotel truly stands out among the competition. The lobby is stunning, resembling those in Las Vegas, with marble floors and a grand chandelier. The staff, especially Fayz, Ardalan, Karzan, and Miss Moony, provided exceptional service. The location is convenient, close to the airport and business destinations. The facilities, including the Chopin lounge, gym, pool, and sauna, are top-notch. The Divan is also centrally located near various attractions, such as Sami Abdulrahman Park and the Citadel.
